Kelly was the “Lime” boy in Berry’s second litter. Always eye-catching, he made it a hard choice between him and Wilson as to who would stay. But he went to JR and Donna, thinking his future lay in the Agility ring.

Then he grew up.

When he came for a trim a few months later…well, what a pretty boy! JR and Donna agreed to take a flyer in the conformation with him. Long story short…when they went to FL for the winters, JR showed him there. I showed him a bit in NJ…and then Memorial Day weekend, JR finished his AKC championship! What makes JR’s achievement so special…this is the first Wheaten he showed in conformation.

Kelly certainly turned out! Upstanding, square, great head and lovely mover…and with the same great, sweet temperament of his littermates…he has matured into a very good Wheaten.

And yes, he’ll be going into Agility!
